Weekly Indoor skates will be on Thursdays at 6:20 pm for 1 hour and on Saturdays starting with plyometrics at 10:30 am followed by 2 hours of skating from 11:00 to 1:00 pm.
Welcome to the Ottawa Inline Skating Club (OISC)

2010 Club Membership
Membership not only enables you to attend indoor inline throughout the winter, but gives you a first class ticket to special events at reduced prices, access to unique training provided only to club members, special club-only pricing on skating equipment as well as discounts at various sports-related stores in town.
Club membership runs from 1 November 2009 to 31 October 2010.

Winter Indoor Inline Skating
The Winter Indoor sessions will start on Sunday 3rd January and therafter be held on Saturday mornings from 9th January to 10th April:
- 10:30 am - plyometrics
- 11:00 to 1:00 pm - indoor skating
In addition there will be one extra session on Thursday 7th January from 6:15 to 7:15 pm.
Full club membership is a pre-requisite for signing up for the Winter Indoor Sessions.

Transition Training for the Upcoming Inline Season
For those of you who really want to prepare for the upcoming outdoor season Stéphane Tremblay has organized extra indoor sessions on Sunday mornings for the next 3 months.
Program:
- January 10th to March 28th inclusive
- 8:00 to 9:00 am preceded by a light warmup
- Limit of 20 skaters
- Cost $70 with cheques made out to Stéphane Tremblay
