Legs of Steel

In 2007 the club is offering plyometrics training during the first half of the season. The new Legs of Steel training block will be open to all club members who want to work on developing their speed and strength. This program will be ramped up from a very introductory level, there is no prerequisite training requirements, all you need is a desire to improve!

NOTE: skaters under the age of 13 or weighing more than 220lbs are advised not to use plyometrics due to a higher risk of injury.
