Indoors Open House
Don't get
left in the cold! |
The snow may be falling, but you can still inline through
the winter. Not sure if indoor inline is for
you? Check it out during our Dec 1st open house
session. From 12PM-1PM on Dec 1st you can try an hour
of indoor skating for just $5. Want to see some indoor
speed? Arrive at 11AM and you can watch the speed
session and then take to the floor yourself during our 12PM

hour |
The indoor skating package for January through March has
been enhanced to have the same Saturday skating times that we
enjoy now (11AM-1PM), and the January through March session
will have an additional hour on Thursday
night from 8-9PM. The pricing for the
additional hour will be announced soon on the indoors web page.
These indoors sessions are popular and once full
we do not allow drop
ins. Be sure to sign up before we reach

spring half marathon. The 2008 event will be held on

Early spring
training to kick start your season |
| The Chiapanecan Inline Skating Federation is
orginizing an informal training camp from the 16th through the
23rd, followed by a week of track racing. Canadian
skaters have been invited to take advantage of world class
coaching, a chance to skate with world class skaters and enjoy
the beutiful surroundings of Tuxtla Gutierrez. All of
this at unbelievably low prices...don't miss out on this
chance to train with the best.

Season Training
Get a head start
on the 2008 season |

Couch surfing is fun, but makes getting back into shape a
challenge when the snow melts. Better not to get
out of shape!
Check out the self guided training materials in our library, and learn all
about slideboard and plyometrics. If you have
signed up for our fall or winter indoors package
then just arrive early at 10AM to do group plyometrics.
You can also get professional training from coaches such
as Barry Publow. Check out the SkatetTrain.ca
