Dear Michael,

The most exciting inline skating event in North America is taking place in Ottawa this year!

Bold you think? Well, here's the proof: We have organized a once-in-a-life-time, high powered line-up of champion athletes as presenters and coaches, including the legendary Eddy Matzger, Canadian inline champion and kinesiology expert Barry Publow, registered dietitian and peak performance expert Beth Mansfield and Shauna Taylor, sport psychologist accustomed to working with Canadian national level athletes.

June 22-24 - Amazing Skate Farm Roadshow
Eddy skater guy To train with and learn from the best, in any discipline, is often just a dream. At OISC we make dreams reality!
That's why we built this conference style high energy, jam packed weekend.
We asked the very best trainers and coaches - highly accomplished athletes in their own right - to share their knowledge and experience with all of us.

LIMITED SEATS - TO SECURE YOUR SPOT - REGISTER HERE.

Get energize! Eddy Matzger is one of the most successful inline skaters...ever! He's won countless races both in North America and Europe, including the legendary long distance races in NYC and Athens to Atlanta, as well as the Ottawa marathon. He is uniquely known for skating extreme venues like bridge supports and glass roof buildings, he's raced camels in Africa and streetcars in San Francisco (uphill no less). This is Eddy's only Canadian date in 2007 - and the only date within a 1,000 km of Ottawa!

Get trained to train! Barry Publow is a former National Inline Speed Skating Champion and still holds Canadian records in the 300m and 500m. During 6 years on Canada's national team, he has competed at World Championships and Pan American Games.

Barry is  a leading authority in the areas of sport-specific technique, biomechanics, and training application. He was the first  to study, dissect, write about and create a teaching method for the "double-push". Since 1997 Barry has coordinated a series of weekend workshops (now known as SpeedCamp) in Canada, the US and in Europe.

Win the head game! Shaunna Taylor is a mental training and sport psychology counselling specialist who works with many of Canada's national and Olympic athletes, most recently with paralympic athletes in Torino, Italy.

Achieve your peak! Beth Mansfield is a Registered Dietitian, Sport Nutrition & Exercise Specialist with Peak Performance, her sport nutrition and corporate wellness consulting company located in Ottawa, Ontario. Beth educates Canadian athletes of all levels, including Olympians, national and provincial team athletes, as well as University, masters and recreational athletes on sport nutrition for health and performance. Beth is a popular corporate wellness speaker throughout Canada.

Barry Publow on Training Well
