Dear Inga,

Happy Holidays!  As we close out 2007 the skating rolls on into 2008.  Read more below for what is happening in the early 2008 season.  I would also like to introduce you to your new 2008 board of directors.  Check out our Leadership page (with pictures) for more.   Speaking of our website, we have added formal policies for privacy and refunds.   If you've ever wondered about these things, now you have a definitive answer!  Enjoy your holidays, all the best in this coming new year, and don't forget to find some time for skating!

Sincerely,

Club Skinsuits!
Looking sharp for 2008
Final touch ups have been made to the skinsuit design and the club skinsuit order is now being filled.  We expect to have the skinsuits before the new year.  We will notify all those who ordered skinsuits as soon as they are in.
Indoor Openings and Drop In Policy
Get a taste of indoor skating!
In the fall (Sep-Dec) session of indoor skating our official policy was to not allow drop ins. However, in an effort to more flexibly meet the needs of all skaters we are updating our policy.

In the winter session (Jan-Mar) the drop in policy will be:
  • Any 2007 / 2008 club member may drop in during the second hour (12-1PM).
  • The drop in fee is $10, exact fare only!
  • The session coach reserves the right limit the number of skaters if there are too many.
  • Watch our homepage, if there are any first hour sessions where dropin are allowed we will announce it on the homepage.
In addition we are opening up registration for the second hour to an additional 5 skaters, registration fee for the second hour only, Jan-March will be $35.. As always, indoor skating is popular, sign up before the spots are gone!  For more details see our Indoors page.
