Race Information
Here you will find important registration forms and other documentation for upcoming races.
National/Provincial Competitions
Roller Sports Ontario organizes the inline speed skating provincials while Roller Sports Canada is responsible for producing our national championships.
These championships are contested on a track, typically about 250 m in length, thus requiring fairly good cross-over abilities in order to have the most fun.
All skaters compete in all distances, starting with a 300 m time trial.
Depending on your category, you will race distances that can include 500m, 1,000m, 2,000m, 5,000m, 10,000m, 20,000m. Some races are points and elimination races as well, where by the end about 5 skaters contest the top 3 places.
Of note, when you register in the junior or senior world-class category you will be eligible to join the national A or B team based on your performance at the championships.
