Join the race team spring training camp. Come to the activity(ies) of your choice. The camp is open to EVERYONE interested in improving their fitness-technique-endurance while having fun with a great bunch of people.
Format and Objectives: The training camp will take place in Ottawa between Sunday April 25th and Sunday May 2nd inclusively. The camp is made of several training sessions during that week and sometimes more than one training a day. It is a physical preparation, a mental challenge and a teamwork exercise. Participants have to be OISC members and do not have to come to all of the training sessions. These activities will take place rain or shine unless it is life threatening. In case of rain the program may be slightly adjusted.

Time:
6:15pm-8:15pm
Description:
Tuesday night practices will be held at 6:15PM at P8 starting April 13th. Sessions will alway be on with dry-land training if it is wet.
Skate to the top of the first hill and then down to the parking lot on the left hand side (between P8 and P9) for 15 minutes of instruction at the beginning of each session. Instruction will start at 6:30 promptly.
